you're trying to run the Maya 2011+ version in older versions that don't have this option. There is a script for older 2010 and below versions but I stopped adding features to that one a while ago.

n using ''maya 2010 and earlier (old and unsupported)'' V-Ray Tuner script for it...
so m bit confused....
