Hi
Ive followed the videos very closely But keep getting the same problem. It seems to want an extrea root controller enen though I've followed your set up as per the youtube videos. I'm using V116 which the connent to rig looks different see screenshot. Any Ideas?
Kind regards Garrett

Hi Garrett. Sorry you're having problems. RTB will track your procedural rigging process and fill in the connect-rigged target/match slots automatically when the connect rigged window is opened. If the slots aren't filled in for you (like in your screen shot) the required components weren't tracked or were lost. I'm going to guess that you either didn't complete the procedures or closed the application, then continued with connect rigged? I usually create the controls, save the file, rig in order from top to bottom. Let me know if this helps! Best of luck.

Hi thanks for getting back. I thought that was the case the first time and I re-did it and got the same result. I also created another skeleton with an extra root hoping that might solve the problem but I was given a list with an extra item. So I can't seem to do the final rig. Any suggestions?

Hi Garrett. Can you send me a file and I'll take a look at it. Would be great if you have all the controls set up and ready to go -- I'll take a stab at the rig and get back to you. Is this possible on your end? If so you can mail it to josh@cgartistry.com
