    Make sure that the textures are named trhe same as the shader group. Also that the channels are named correctly.
    texture = whatEverSg_BaseColor
    shader group = whaterEverSg
    channels =  BaseColor ,Metalness, Roughness, Normal, Emission, and Height
     If your texture channels are different change them in the dialog box.
    Let me know if that works
