Hi. After running on Maya 2016, I resived following:

# Error: IndexError: file C:/Users/Valerio/Documents/maya/scripts\skinWrap.py line 11: list index out of range #

The user name is irrelevant. The error message most likely means that you have runned the script without selecting the two geometries (wrapped and wrapper) first, as described in the txt file. I hope this helps clarifying all of your issues, in the meantime I would appreciate if you could update your review about the script (which is absolutely working and has been successfully used by thousands of artists in the past years).
