Problem with BlendShape GUI, Maya2009

Hi,
I really enjoy your RIG system but I found two problem on Maya 2009.
I am using Windows, Maya 2009 64bit, RigHelper v3 and v3.1
When I click on "Setup Bound Skeleton", the new window "Bound Skel" as an incorrect visualization. I changed easily the script andworks.
The second problem:
I am trying to click the "Standard Blendhape GUI" but I had an error. I can't solve it.

The Blendshape GUI don't load tools into the facial GUI
I didn't move the facial GUI.
