very helpfull! I think, Autodesk people are sleeping some years. Thank you.
My idea is: icons instead text.
For instance (up): outliner icon, shading group icon, object icom, material icon,... ( It will be one click only - quicker as current version).
Only last icon (text) - enter types manually - can be as your current version -roll menu.
(down) - icons also : focus selected...
