Two ideas, if it is possible:
Make a single input field. Writing in this a number (for example 3) and press MOVE UP button and the attributes moving 3 positions up.
or:
More button without input field:
MOVE UP
MOVE DOWN
MOVE UP 2x
MOVE DOWN 2x
MOVE UP 3x
MOVE DOWN 3x
