You removed the buttons that are usualy default on Maya UV editor right? Would be good to readd them its quite usefull for environnement texturing.
It also miss the smooth UV tool button. I know I can acccess them from the menu but it was good having them at hand in the interface!
Copy/Paste will be re-implemented together with a new Delete UV's button some time in the future. However, Smooth UVs, Smudge UVs and Lattice UVs will not - since these can be accessed via the marking menu (shift right click when you have UVs selected). The Move tool and the "Shortest edge path" -tools have just been moved to other positions and been given new icons.
Copy/Paste UV's has been implemented in the current beta and will be made available in v1.3 together with a delete UV's button and many more features. Thanks for your feature request.
