Scripts do not work in Maya Extension 2

Repeat of bug report regarding break in Maya 2013.5 (same as Ext 2), in order to escalate priority to High.  Maya Extension 2 seems to have changes in the C++ API and the MEL API that have resulted in many scripts and plugins breaking.

Your scripts are very helpful!  Unified Samples and Native IBL are extremely useful features, and it's much nicer to not have to command-line render.  Thanks for your great work!

    Hi ! Sorry for the lon wait, I was not using mentalRay anymore at work so I had no time to work on it. I'm back working with mr so there might be updates in a few weeks. I will not support any maya version under 2014 from now. They made big changes in mental ray interface so I can't keep compatibility with previous versions. So for maya 2013.5 I won't do anything to fix it. And I don't have acces to this version anyway.
