ijUtils is a growing collection of scripts that I use all the time. Includes:
ijFlipShape - flip multiple blendshapes at a time, newShapes suffixed "_flipped"
ijParentShape - parent shapes of selected transforms to a single transform. eg. Take maya text - > single tranform - great for creating controls/simplifing hierarchies if you model in seperate pieces.
ijConnect2Surface - connect a nurbs surface to a UV coordinate of another nurbs surface. Used primarily for non-spherical eye setups
ijGroup2Self - create a group between a selected node and it's parent.
