I have just downloaded this file but I dont know how to open-copy & paste it in the Maya Python Script editor. 

Can you please guide me to use this Script..?

    Sure, just open the py file in note pad or some other plain text editor, select all, copy, paste in a python tab in Maya. That's about it

Cause I see some options like, If I want to only select the unknown nodes or IF I want to Delete the nodes etc. So I am confused..     By default, the script as is prints a list of the offending nodes to the script editor, selects them, then deletes them. Which is usually what you want to do. However if you''re trouble shooting a scene and dont want to necessarily delete those nodes, put a "#"pound sign in front of the last line, number 3.
