I'm not sure of what is written but it looks like it can't find the file in your script folder.
Instead of copying the content of the file in the script editor and trying to run the 2 lines to execute it, copy the file (the .mel file) to your script folder and run only the 2 lines.
Your script folder should be located at : (on windows)
C:\Users\(YourUsername)\Documents\maya\(YourMayaVersion)
