Hi there, thanks a bunch for posting this script. It seems however that you can't apply clusters that are in relative mode, so you basically can't do any kind of animation with it. Maybe I am missing something? It would really great to have a relative mode feature so the clusters could be packed into rigged objects. Again, really cool script and fun to use!
select cluster, open attribute editor, you will find relative option in cluster attributes tab, turn it on, parent the cluster to the control, it'll follow your rig. If it doesn't work, would you mind send your source file to my email?
