I can´t assign new attributes to controllers

First of all, thanks for sharing your rig!

I am planning to use it in a personal, non-commercial video, singing a brazilian song.
So, I am just concentrate in the Facial Rig aspect of your work.
 
For this project, I was nplanning using Mocapx app to capture real-time face recognision,
when a problem occurs with a few of your controllers, for example, in:
 
lf_upper_brow_01_uiCTRL
lf_upper_brow_03_uiCTRL
 
I do can assign new attributes to lf_upper_brow_02_uiCTRL though! 
I´ve checked the hierarchy in Outliner and it seems OK. 
 
 

When I try to Solo Pose/Add new Attributes and update existing pose value, it continues to 

respond to just one controller and in MANY CASES I need to use two controllers in order to match the Pose Board.

How can I fix this?
