Defining skeleton for mocap

Hi!

 Thanks for the model. I would like to use it in my behelors work, but have some problems with defining the skeleton under the 
HumanIK option. I'm doing this: http://www.instructables.com/id/How-To-Use-Mocap-Files-In-Maya-BVH-or-FBX/?ALLSTEPS, using mocap from here: https://sites.google.com/a/cgspeed.com/cgspeed/motion-capture/cmu-bvh-conversion

I think that I'm doing the definition part wrong, because I don't know if I'm using exact bones. For example, for  HumanIK - RightArm I use b_RightShoulder node from the model. When I attach all the bones in that way and then put the mopac in, I get something like the girl in the attachment.

Meybe you know, how can I get along this? Is it possible to use mocap on this model?
