character is good but the head rotations are giving problems i think it is skinning problem and also it is not properly scaling -

It'd be nice to have the option of a longer tail. Also the controls for the left and right eyelids seem to be opposite of each other. -

The rig looks like fun to animate with, only one problem i found though which could do with fixing, if you grab koko's hips and translate him down, his front legs elbows disappear up inside his body and do not bend as a dogs front leg should. Cheers :o)
