I keep having trouble with the beard. The mesh doesn't move along with the head, so when I move the character away from the default position the beard will stay in place and the mesh deform awkwardly. At the moment not usable with the beard on show, which is a shame. :) Otherwise such a cool rig!

Thanks for trying him out! The beard is actually all dynamic, so it won't move along when animating which is a little weird, but if you set your playback options (under animation preferences) to Play Every Frame instead of real time, you can watch the beard bounce around. I did this rig years back, and just took a look at it recently and cringed, so I'm thinking I might update it and re post it soon. Thanks for the feedback! -
