I am having all sorts of problems with the arms, mostly the right one, when in IK mode. It may have something to do with starting in FK and having use the FK/IK match, but I still see no reason for a problem. The first problem I am having is when I playback in Maya and hit pause (only in IK mode, nothing happened in FK) it will throw a random and incorrect keyframe where I have stopped it. It can be fixed by just deleting the keyframe, but it is a pain in the ass to have to do a playblast every time I want to preview it if I dont want to have to keep deleting the keyframe every time...
The problem with the right hand is it too is throwing in random keyframes in, like it will randomly make the hand go crazy and spin around when I have only changed the rotation on the z axis, again I can fix this by just deleting the keyframes in the graph editor, but it is very annoying to have to go back and keep doing it...
I am probably just failing epic at the rig though, because it seems to be pretty awesome. -.-;

I have also faced the same problem. The rig is automatically generating key frames in IK mode. Is there any way to rectify it. -

Hi I had the same problem and I find out that the rotate value of right hand IK controller (blake_R_HandControl) had limited range.(but left hand is fine) Rotate X,Y,Z is limited from -180 to 180, so when you had rotate value out of this range it will change the rotate value and set a new key automatically. (it will happen when you had mouse drag and release on the time slider or playback in Maya and hit pause, like emmaaustin said) this problem also will cause hand spinning. Hope this helps. Could you please tell me how to fix this problem when you fixed it? Thanks a lot!(I am using the 1.6 version)
