It would have been nice to see the wirefarme of this model as well as the coloured image. What is important to note is the anatomical structure of this face. There seems to be an array of issues and you must get some proper anatomical reference before modelling again. What you currently have is a model that seems very amateur and despite trying to use a hair system for the moustache, it does not make for an appealing model. For the sake of your future work, it is imperative that you gain knowledge in anatomy and edge looping for anatomical modelling. Keep going though, as with practice, you will achieve the results that you want.
