The only thing that would give it away is the hair in the upper left corner. But other than that MY GOD MAN!

Its absolutely brilliant apart from two small things that seem to bother: 1. the hair in the top left that has already been mentioned 2. the shadow to the right of the nose looks strange and artificial. Too black I think, the reason that it should not be like this is because in real life, there would be light coming and reflecting from all directions so shadows that dark are not possible in such intensity of light.

She looks like polygons still. The image is too sharp, women often have a glow to their skin, even if ever so subtle. Give subsurface a try and it should really liven up the image and make it look real. Other than that, excellent model!
