Q/A

mFeather?

Date:05/30/2010
Submitted by: Spaetten1 Spaetten1
I just downloaded this MEL script called mFeather, which I think is a pretty popular script among maya users. I have seen some videos on youtube, with some people showing of their cool rigs and wings and so on, but no one wants to teach the world, how to do this?

I found a tutorial, i think it was by the author of this script, but the pictures were broken of some reason, so it got too confusing.

Please, if someone knows how to do this, or where to obtain the information, PLEASE tell me as soon as you see this post, as I am in a rush with this project and I really want it to work out!

Thanks in advance

Hi Varto, Just open the script in Script Editor, hilight the code and hit 'enter' on the numeric keypad. You could also create a custom shelf button by middle-mouse dragging the selected code from the Script Editor to your shelf.
