Can't get to work when away from world center

This seemed so awesome, until I moved the root of my character away from world center, then it all falls apart.
It doesn't seem to matter where I put the R_lid_parentToLocalGrp, a couple of the curves in R_lidCrvGrp break horribly and muck it all up.
Do you have an example file with this system that works so we can see how you parented things?
cheers
