Plugin outputs position values won’t work in batch render

Hi, I wrote a plugin that calculates custom position values. It works as expected in MAya and during playblasts but will not show any results in batch render. Why could this be?

do you depend on some action thats part of the gui?

no, unless you consider time1 node a part of the gui. What elements would you consider a part of the GUI?
