Problems importing the bones

Hello! I just bought your model and I'm having problem importing the bones. Here follows the description of what is happening:

Could you give me any help about how to get the bones working properly? Thank you very much!

    Also you might try going into the layers menu and unhide the bone layer

    I have imported it it to 3dsmax and it gives me the same error message but all the skinning and animations still work proparly. I found this theard on a Area discussion: These warnings are expected. Maya loads the file even with these warnings/limitations. Once the file is imported, you need to go into Display/show/show all. zoom out a bit, you will see your rig and mesh. GF What is happening exactly, is nothing showing up? Phillip
