To create a softMod manipulator
1. Create a locator(temporary use), and move it. 2. Enter a manipulator's name. 3. Select a locator. 4. Click the "Create Manipulator" button. 5. Select the object(s) you want to deform. 6. Click the "Attach" button. 7. Move a Manipulator's Handle(the spherical wireframe object ). 8. In the Channel Box, adjust the falloff radius.
